2020年云南省15岁及以上人群烟草流行现状分析

摘　　要：目的分析云南省15岁及以上人群的烟草流行现状,为评价控烟政策执行效果、制订有效的烟草控制策略和措施提供参考依据。方法于2020年7—10月,采用多阶段分层整群概率抽样方法抽取云南省部分15岁及以上常住人口进行调查。采用χ^(2)检验比较云南省不同特征15岁及以上人群的烟草流行情况。结果2020年云南省15岁及以上人群的现在吸烟率为33.96%,戒烟率为12.08%,二手烟暴露率为65.78%,现在使用电子烟的比例为0.91%。χ^(2)检验结果显示,男性现在吸烟率为63.67%,高于女性的2.05%;25~<45岁年龄组人群的现在吸烟率为36.66%,高于15~<25岁(29.91%)、45~<65岁(35.12%)、≥65岁(26.78%)年龄组人群的现在吸烟率;政府事业单位人员的二手烟暴露率为77.03%,高于农民(66.16%)、企业商业服务人员(65.60%)、医务人员(61.51%)等人群的二手烟暴露率;以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论云南省15岁及以上人群的烟草流行形势严峻,实现相关规划中的控烟目标任务艰巨;公众二手烟暴露情况有所改善,但依然较为严重;电子烟使用的比例虽处于较低水平,但需引起关注。Objective To analyze the prevalence of tobacco use in people aged 15 years and above in Yunnan Province,and to provide evidence for the development of effective tobacco control strategies and measures.Methods From July to October 2020,a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to select permanent residents aged 15 years and above in Yunnan province for investigation.The chi-square test to compare different characteristics of tobacco use among people aged 15 years of age and older.Results In 2020,current smoking rate was 33.96%,smoking cessation rate was12.08%,passive smoking exposure rate was 65.78%,and the proportion of current e-cigarette use was 0.91%among people aged 15 years and above in Yunnan Province.The results ofχ^(2)test showed that the current smoking rate of males was63.67%,which was higher than that of females(2.05%).The current smoking rate of the group aged 25-<45 year-old was 36.66%,which was higher than that of the groups aged 15-<25 year-old(29.91%),45-<65 year-old(35.12%)and≥65-year-old(26.78%).The second-hand smoke exposure rate of personnel working in government and public institutions was 77.03%,which was higher than that of farmers(66.16%),workers in enterprise commercial service(65.60%)and medical personnel(61.51%).The above differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The current situation of tobacco use among people aged 15 years and above in Yunnan Province is serious,and it is an arduous task to achieve the goal of tobacco control.The passive smoking exposure of the public has improved,but it is still serious.Electronic cigarette use ratio is relatively low,but should be paid more attention.
