摘 要:随着电力工程建设规模越来越大,施工风险也呈现增加的趋势。文章旨在构建电力工程项目施工风险模型,并提出对应的评估思路方法。通过分析电力工程项目实施过程中可能存在的施工风险因素,选取使用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法相结合的模式,构建风险评估模型。结合具体的工程案例,可对电力工程项目的施工风险进行有效识别、评估和管理,为减少电力工程项目施工风险提供理论支持。With the construction scale of power engineering is getting bigger and bigger,and the construction risk also shows an increasing trend.The paper aims to construct the construction risk model of power engineering project and put forward the corresponding evaluation method.By analyzing the possible construction risk factors in the implementation process of power engineering projects,the combination mode of hierarchical analysis method(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to construct the risk assessment model.Combined with specific engineering cases,the construction risks of power engineering projects can be effectively identified,evaluated and managed,so as to provide theoretical support for reducing the construction risks of power engineering projects.
