摘 要:近年来,煤矿开采环境复杂化,综掘工作面面临地质条件、地应力和煤层构造等多重挑战,影响煤矿安全掘进。文章探讨了提高煤矿综掘工作面安全掘进与支护技术的方法。分析了复杂环境下的地质构造和地应力分布,并建立了数学模型;设计了包括锚杆、锚索和联合支护技术在内的安全掘进支护方案;提出了煤矿安全掘进冲击破碎技术;通过实验研究验证了这些技术的效果。结果表明,所提技术显著提升了复杂环境下的掘进效率与安全性。In recent years,the coal mining environment is complicated,and the comprehensive excavation face is faced with multiple challenges such as geological conditions,ground stress and coal seam structure,which affect the safe excavation of miners.This paper discusses the method to improve the safe tunneling and support technology of coal mine comprehensive excavation working face.Firstly,we analyze the geological structure and ground stress distribution in a complex environment and establish a mathematical model.Then,safe tunneling support scheme including bolt,anchor cable and joint support technology is designed.Then,the impact crushing technology of coal mine safe tunneling is proposed.Finally,the effects of these techniques were validated through experimental studies.The results show that the proposed technology significantly improves the efficiency and safety of tunneling in a complex environment.
