摘  要:针对无油自润滑轴承在工业应用中的重要性,设计研制了一种旋转摩擦磨损检测设备。该设备采用双工位对称布置,通过伺服电机驱动主轴旋转,实现轴承样品与对偶件之间的相对运动。设备配备载荷、温度、扭矩、位移等多种传感器,可实时监测轴承的摩擦系数、温升和磨损量。实验结果表明,检测设备载荷传感器线性度优于0.2%FS,扭矩测量系统示值误差小于0.3%FS,位移测量系统分辨率达0.1μm,温度测量系统误差小于±0.5℃。设备测试精度高、重复性好,能够有效评价不同材料、不同工况下无油自润滑轴承的耐磨性能。In view of the importance of oil-free self-lubricating bearings in industrial applications,a rotary friction and wear testing equipment was designed and developed.The equipment adopts double station symmetrical arrangement,and realizes relative motion between bearing sample and dual parts by driving spindle rotation through servo motor.The equipment is equipped with load,temperature,torque,displacement and other sensors,which can monitor the friction coefficient,temperature rise and wear of bearings in real time.The experimental results show that the linearity of the load sensor is better than 0.2%FS,the error of the torque measurement system is less than 0.3%FS,the resolution of the displacement measurement system is 0.1μm,and the error of the temperature measurement system is less than±0.5℃.The equipment has high test accuracy and good repeatability,and can effectively evaluate the wear resistance of oil-free self-lubricating bearings under different materials and different working conditions.
