摘　　要：文章介绍了一种比拼板式箱体装配效率高、装配质量可靠、重量轻且满足设备使用环境的配电控制盒一体化箱体设计思想,从三维方案设计、热设计、抗振动冲击设计、电磁兼容设计等方面详细阐述了该一体化箱体的设计方法。This paper introduces the design concept of an integrated box for power distribution control boxes,which boasts higher assembly efficiency,reliable assembly quality,lighter weight,and adaptability to the equipment’s operating environment compared to traditional panel-type boxes.The design methodology of this integrated box is elaborated in detail from aspects such as three-dimensional scheme design,thermal design,anti-vibration and shock design,and electromagnetic compatibility design.
