摘 要:大规模风光发电导致区域电网电力供需平衡难度加大,传统调节方式难以满足高比例新能源电网功率平衡需求。综述了区域电网灵活性的概念与基本理论,全方位探析了系统灵活性需求和供给的来源,构建了灵活性资源量化模型,结合算例对不同风光负荷波动场景下的系统灵活性进行分析,为实现灵活性资源有效管理、提升电网运行经济性提供支撑。Large-scale wind power generation leads to increased difficulty in balancing power supply and demand in regional power grids,and traditional regulation methods are difficult to meet the power balance demand of power grids with a high proportion of new energy.To this end,this paper reviews the concept and basic theory of regional power grid flexibility,analyzes the sources of system flexibility demand and supply in an all-round way,constructs a quantitative model of flexibility resources,and analyzes the system flexibility under different scenarios of wind and solar load fluctuations in combination with examples,so as to provide support for realizing the effective management of flexibility resources and enhancing the economic performance of power grid operation.
