摘 要:特高压输电在现代电力系统中具有重要作用,而电瓷绝缘子是特高压输电线路中的关键部件,其性能直接影响输电系统的安全性与可靠性。文章重点分析特高压输电用电瓷绝缘子的基本技术要求,例如电瓷绝缘子的机械强度及耐高压等,详细分析了其配方与工艺优化的方法与策略。基于对配方基础、原材料选择、设计原则与优化策略的阐述,对烧成工艺、成型工艺和胶装工艺的优化策略进行理论阐述,旨在提升特高压电瓷绝缘子的综合性能,为特高压输电工程的稳定运行提供理论支持。UHV transmission plays an important role in modern power system,and electric porcelain insulator is a key component of UHV transmission line,and its performance directly affects the security and reliability of transmission system.This paper focuses on the basic technical requirements of electric porcelain insulators for UHV transmission,such as the mechanical strength and high voltage resistance of electric porcelain insulators,and then analyzes the methods and strategies of their formula and process optimization in detail.Based on the elaboration of formula foundation,raw material selection,design principles and optimization strategy,the optimization strategy of firing process,molding process and adhesive process is theoretically expounded,aiming to improve the comprehensive performance of UHV electric porcelain insulator and provide effective theoretical support for the stable operation of UHV transmission project.
