摘 要:文章以解决地铁车辆架修资源利用效率不高等相关问题为研究目的,采用了案例法、文献资料查阅等研究方法,对地铁车辆架修资源整合基本要求、现阶段地铁线路架修资源利用情况展开进一步研究。如果仍沿用按线配置维修资源,必然一直存在车辆架修基地利用率不高、维修设备闲置未充分利用等问题,导致额外运营成本增加。结合实际案例,提出基于共享资源建设车辆架修基地的资源整合方法,利用模型分析该方法的可行性与可操作性。合理实施后,能够有效解决上述问题,提高现有维修资源利用效率,实现整体运营规模效益最大化,丰富该领域研究成果。This article aims to solve the related problems of low efficiency in the utilization of subway vehicle repair resources,and adopts research methods such as case study and literature review to further study the basic requirements for the integration of subway vehicle repair resources and the current utilization of subway line repair resources.If the maintenance resources are still configured according to the line,there will inevitably be problems such as low utilization of vehicle repair bases and underutilized maintenance equipment,resulting in increased operating costs.Based on practical cases,this article proposes a resource integration method for building a vehicle repair base based on shared resources,and uses a model to analyze the feasibility and operability of this method.After reasonable implementation,it can effectively solve the above problems,promote the efficiency of existing maintenance resource utilization,maximize the overall operational scale benefits,and also enrich the research results in this field.
