摘 要:为了对高速公路桥梁施工效果进行科学检测,文章对高速公路桥梁大孔径钻孔灌注桩在竖向荷载作用下的承载性能进行研究。选择C高速公路大桥的8#墩桩进行试验,采用油压千斤顶作为加载工具,慢速分级增加荷载,对全部11个测试断面的竖向位移和竖向承载力进行记录。C高速公路大桥的8#大孔径钻孔灌注桩的竖向位移为9.98mm,竖向抗压极限承载力为9758kN,大于设计的公路一级荷载标准。大孔径钻孔灌注桩在高速公路桥梁中展现了较高的竖向承载力,可以保障高速公路桥梁建筑和使用的安全要求。Objective:In order to scientifically test the construction effect of highway bridges,this paper studies the bearing performance of large-diameter drilled cast-in-place piles for highway bridges under vertical loads.Method:Select the 8#pier pile of the C Expressway Bridge for testing,use hydraulic jacks as loading tools,slowly increase the load in stages,and record the vertical displacement and vertical bearing capacity of all 11 test sections.Result:The vertical displacement of the 8#large-diameter bored pile of the C Expressway Bridge is 9.98mm,and the vertical compressive ultimate bearing capacity is 9758kN,which is greater than the designed highway Class one load standard.Conclusion:Large aperture drilled cast-in-place piles exhibit high vertical bearing capacity in highway bridges,which can ensure the safety requirements of highway bridge construction and use.
