摘  要:洪州大桥主桥为120+252+120m双塔双索面自锚式悬索桥,主墩横向设置两个六边形独立承台,墩位处覆盖层较浅,薄厚层状构造,泥质结构,岩石质软,岩石遇水易软化,失水易干裂。该桥主塔承台采用了圆形锁扣钢管桩围堰施工,围堰内部仅设置圈梁。承台可一次性浇筑,塔吊、电梯等设施安装受制约小。圆形锁扣钢管桩具有用钢量少、施工速度快、施工操作空间大等优点,可为后续类似地质条件下的桥梁基础施工提供有益借鉴。The main bridge of Hongzhou Bridge is a 120+252+120m double-tower,double-cable self-anchored suspension bridge.The main pier consists of two hexagonal independent pile caps placed transversely.The overburden at the pier site is shallow,thin layered structure,muddy structure,and the rock is soft,prone to softening when exposed to water and drying out and cracking when dehydrated.The pile cap of the bridge’s main tower utilizes a circular interlocking steel pipe pile cofferdam,with only a ring beam installed inside the cofferdam.The pile cap can be complete in a single casting,with minimal restrictions on the installation of facilities such as tower cranes and elevators.The circular interlocking steel pipe piles offer advantages such as reduced steel usage,faster construction speed,and a large operational space.These characteristics provide valuable insights for future bridge foundation construction in similar geological conditions.
