摘 要:文章针对跨海桥梁的双壁钢吊箱围堰施工技术进行深入研究,重点从设计原理、材料选择、制作工艺、运输与安装、封底技术、排水与加固等方面进行优化设计,结合实际工程案例,详细讨论围堰在深水环境中的结构稳定性、抗滑移和抗倾覆性能,并通过数据分析与模拟实验,验证了双壁钢吊箱围堰在复杂海洋环境中的安全性与可靠性。研究结果表明,双壁钢吊箱围堰技术不仅有效解决了复杂地质条件下的施工难题,还大幅提升了工程的施工效率和安全性。In this paper,the construction technology of double-wall steel hanging box cofferdam for cross-sea bridge is deeply studied,focusing on the optimization design of design principle,material selection,production process,transportation and installation,bottom sealing technology,drainage and reinforcement.Then,the structural stability,anti-slip and anti-overturning performance of cofferdam in deep water environment are discussed in detail.Finally,through data analysis and simulation experiment,the safety and reliability of double-wall steel hanging box cofferdam in complex marine environment are verified.The research results show that the double-wall steel hanging box cofferdam technology not only effectively solves the construction problems under complex geological conditions,but also greatly improves the construction efficiency and safety of the project.
