摘  要:随着SMT(表面贴装技术)在电子制造业中的广泛应用,人们对SMT产品的质量检测要求日益增高,传统的检测方法已难以满足高精度、高效率的检测需求。3DAOI技术为SMT产品的质量保障提出了一种全新的解决方案,以其卓越的三维成像和检测能力,在SMT产品大规模生产中展现出显著优势。文章旨在探讨3DAOI技术原理及在SMT大规模生产中的应用现状、优势、挑战和解决方案。With the widespread application of SMT(Surface Mounting Technology)in the electronic manufacturing industry,people’s requirements for quality inspection of SMT products are increasing,and traditional detection methods are no longer able to meet the high-precision and high-efficiency inspection requirements.3DAOI technology proposes a new solution for the quality assurance of SMT products.With its excellent three-dimensional imaging and detection capabilities,it shows significant advantages in the large-scale production of SMT products.The article aims to explore the principles of 3DAOI technology and its application status,advantages,challenges and solutions in large-scale production of SMT.
