基于高校教师和企业双方博弈的科技成果转化研究

摘　　要：高校教师的科技成果在服务国家创新驱动发展战略中具有不可忽视的作用。科技成果转化效率受成果提供端(高校教师等)和成果接收端(企业等)等多个主体的影响,不同主体在科技成果转化过程中受不同因素的影响。文章基于演化博弈理论提出假设后构建模型,并对模型进行分析求解。研究发现在科技成果转化过程中,高校教师的科技成果转化损失比(R_(1))越小越好,企业的科技成果转化损失比(R_(2))也是越小越好。基于研究发现提出了相关建议。The scientific and technological achievements of university teachers play an indispensable role in serving the national strategy of innovation-driven development.The efficiency of commercializing the scientific and technological achievements is influenced by multiple entities,including the providers of the achievements(such as university teachers)and the recipients of the achievements(such as enterprises).However,different entities are affected by inappropriate factors during the process of commercializing scientific and technological achievements.Based on evolutionary game theory,this paper proposes hypotheses,constructs a model,and analyzes and solves the model.The study finds that in the process of commercializing scientific and technological achievements,the smaller the loss ratio of the commercializing for university teachers,the better,and the smaller the loss ratio of the commercializing for enterprises,the better.Based on the research findings,we put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
