摘　　要：本研究聚焦健康中国背景下“体医融合”的模式建设,探索该模式在实际运行过程中的优势与不足。通过实地调研、AHP、模糊综合评价等方法,对江苏、浙江、上海三地以社区为中心开展的“体医融合”模式进行评价。研究显示,社区“体医融合”模式的公共健康服务不仅能提升居民健康水平,改善居民生活方式,减少医疗开支,还对深化全民健康发展有深远影响。通过评价分析,地方推进“体医融合”需打破政策推进碎片化、体医技术融合不深入、社区服务平台建设不完备、人才供给失衡等现实阻碍。基于现实阻碍,本文提出加强顶层设计的理念认同、推动构建社区资源联动的公共服务平台、健全体育与医疗技术融合体系,以及完善人才对接端口等多方位策略,以期为我国基层社区建设和体医融合发展贡献新的视角和路径。Focused on the construction of the"integration of sports and medicine"model in the context of Healthy China,the advantages and disadvantages of which in practical operation were explored.Through field research,AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other methods,the"integration of sports and medicine"model centered on communities in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Shanghai was evaluated.The results showed that public health services of the community's"integration of sports and medicine"model can not only improve residents'health levels,improve their lifestyles,reduce medical expenses,but also have a profound impact on deepening the development of national health.It is found that promoting the integration of sports and medicine at the local level required breaking through the practical obstacles such as fragmented policy implementation,insufficient integration of sports and medicine technologies,incomplete construction of community service platforms,and imbalanced talent supply.Based on practical obstacles,it is suggested to strengthen the conceptual recognition of top-level design,promote the construction of a public service platform for community resource linkage,improve the integration system of sports and medical technology,and perfect talent docking ports,which can contribute new perspectives and paths to the construction of grassroots communities and the development of sports and medical integration in China.
