摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在新医科建设背景下,构建一套具有系统性、科学性和可行性的临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养质量评价指标体系,以落实《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的要求,发挥教育评价对培养质量的导向作用。方法:运用文献分析和访谈法,以CIPP评价模型为框架,初步构建评价指标池;运用改良德尔菲法开展两轮专家函询,对指标进行修改完善;使用IBM SPSS 26.0软件进行统计学分析,使用Yaahp12.0软件进行层次分析,确立最终指标体系及权重。结果:26名专家均完成两轮函询,专家积极性为100%;Cr分别为0.825和0.836,三级指标的Kendall’s系数分别为0.293和0.415;各指标的CR均<0.1;最终建立的指标体系涵盖“背景评价”“投入评价”“过程评价”“成果评价”4个维度,包含4个一级指标、13个二级指标、56个三级指标。结论:本研究构建的新医科背景下临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养质量评价指标体系,专家积极性高、权威性强、协调和集中度高,具有较好的科学性和可行性;指标体系注重全面评价临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养质量,对于提高临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养质量具有重要的参考启示价值。应通过坚持以人为本的评价价值导向、健全培养质量保障体系、强化实践能力培养、做好职业发展规划和就业指导等举措,提高临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养质量。Objective To construct a set of systematic,scientific and feasible evaluation index system of cultivation quality of master degree candidates in clinical medicine under the context of New Medical Science Construction,which should adapt to the implementation of the overall plan for deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era.Methods Through literature analysis and interview methods,an evaluation index pool was initially formed with the CIPP model as the overall framework.The improved Delphi method was adopted to carry out two rounds of expert consultation,and modifications and improvements were made to the indexes.The statistical analysis was conducted by using the software of IBM SPSS 26.0.The hierarchical analysis method was conducted by using the software of Yaahp12.0 to determine the final index system and their weights.Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation completed by all 26 experts were 100%.The Cr values were 0.825 and 0.836,while the Kendall's coefficients for the third level index were 0.293 and 0.415.The CR of each index is less than 0.1.Finally,an evaluation index system was developed,which covered four dimensions of context,input,process and product,with 4 first-level indexes,13 second-level indexes and 56 third-level indexes.Conclusion The evaluation index system is comprehensive and systematic,with high expert participation,authority,coordination and concentration,and has theoretical and practical significance.The index system focuses on a comprehensive evaluation of the cultivation quality of master degree candidates in clinical medicine.The cultivation quality of candidates of Master Degree in Clinical Medicine should be improved through measures such as adhering to the people-oriented evaluation value,improving the cultivation quality assurance system,strengthening the training of practical ability,and giving guidance in plans for job-hunting and career development.
