老年人互联网使用与卫生系统满意度的关系:幸福感与身心健康的链式中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨幸福感和身心健康在老年人互联网使用与卫生系统满意度间的中介作用。方法:基于2021年中国综合社会调研(CGSS2021)调研结果,采用逐步回归及Bootstrap法进行中介作用分析和链式中介效应检验。结果:老年人互联网使用对卫生系统满意度的直接影响显著(β=-0.133,P<0.001);老年人幸福感和身心健康显著影响卫生系统满意度(β=0.278,P<0.001;β=0.119,P<0.001);幸福感和身心健康在老年人互联网使用和卫生系统满意度间的链式中介效应显著(β=0.002,95%CI:0.000~0.006)。结论:幸福感和身心健康在老年人互联网使用和卫生系统满意度间存在遮掩效应和链式中介效应。提升老年人幸福感和身心健康可以有效降低互联网使用对老年人卫生系统满意度的负向影响。Objective To explore the mediating effects of well-being and physical and mental health on Internet use and health system satisfaction in the elderly.Methods Based on the results of China Comprehensive Social Survey 2021(CGSS 2021),stepwise regression and Bootstrap method were used to analyze the mediating effect and test the chain mediating effect.Results The direct effect of Internet use on health system satisfaction in the elderly was significant(β=-0.133,P<0.001).The well-being of life and physical and mental health of the elderly significantly affected the satisfaction of health system(β=0.278,P<0.001;β=0.119,P<0.001).Well-being of life and physical and mental health were significantly correlated with Internet use and health system satisfaction in the elderly(β=0.002,95%CI:0.000~0.006).Conclusion The well-being of life and physical and mental health have masking effect and chain mediating effect between Internet use and health system satisfaction in the elderly.Improving the well-being and physical and mental health of the elderly can effectively reduce the negative impact of Internet use on their health system satisfaction.
