摘　　要：目的:深入剖析代际支持对老年人高血压患病的影响,以提供高血压预防和干预的科学依据。方法:基于2020年CHARLS数据,研究筛选出3436名60周岁及以上的老年人口作为有效样本。深入探讨了子女代际支持对老年人高血压患病的影响。通过量化分析,本研究利用Stata 16.0软件构建二元Probit模型,并采用Bootstrap抽样方法进行稳健性检验。结果:子女的经济支持(P<0.001)和子女与老人的联系频率(P<0.05)均为老年人高血压患病的解释变量,在控制变量和排除内生性问题干扰后,子女的经济支持与子女与老人的联系频率对老年人高血压患病率有显著的负向效应;但子女的日常照料和子女与老人的见面频率对老年人高血压患病无显著影响。结论:代际支持在降低老年人高血压风险方面扮演重要角色,家庭是老年人生活的重要支持网络,子女应加强与老年人的联系和沟通,提供必要的经济支持和情感慰藉。Objective To conduct an in-depth analysis of the impact of intergenerational support on hypertension among older adults,and provide scientific evidence for hypertension prevention and intervention.Methods Based on the 2020 data from CHARLS,3,436 elderly individuals aged 60 and above were selected as valid samples.Stata 16.0 software was used to construct a binary Probit model,and the Bootstrap sampling method was employed for robustness testing.Results Children's financial support(P<0.001) and the frequency of contact between children and the elderly(P<0.05) were explanatory variables of hypertension in the elderly.After controlling variables and excluding the interference of endogenous problems,children's financial support and the frequency of contact between children and the elderly had a significantly negative effect on the prevalence of hypertension in the elderly.However,daily care of children and the frequency of meeting with the elderly had no significant effect on hypertension in the elderly.Conclusion Intergenerational support plays an important role in reducing the risk of hypertension in the elderly.The family is an important support network for the lives of the elderly.Children should strengthen their connections and communication with the elderly,and provide necessary economic support and emotional comfort.
