摘　　要：目的:明确高血压管理机制影响防控效果的路径,为提升高血压防控水平和改善公共健康提供参考依据。方法:采用系统文献回顾和内容分析法,通过边界分析法对文献中提及的高血压管理机制落实因素进行频率统计和优先排序,从而识别和明确其关键路径。结果:高血压管理机制影响防控效果的关键路径包括:通过影响信息平台建设与利用来影响防控效果;通过影响“医院-社区”联动来影响防控效果;通过影响基层防控人员的积极性来影响防控效果。结论:应完善信息平台建设筹资机制,加强监测数据和信息化管理平台的建设和应用,提供全面的防控服务和信息监测;构建好“医院-社区”间的协调机制,提升各级医疗机构的协调性,促进全过程、连续性防治服务的供给;完善基层人员激励机制和筹资机制,重点提升基层高血压相关防治人员的积极性与服务质量,从而提升防控效果。Objective To clarify the pathways through which hypertension management mechanisms influence its prevention and control outcomes,and provide reference for enhancing hypertension control levels and improving public health.Methods A systematic literature review and content analysis were conducted.Boundary analysis method was utilized to perform frequency statistics and priority ranking on factors mentioned in the literature regarding the implementation of hypertension management mechanisms,thereby identifying and clarifying the key pathways.Results The key pathways through which hypertension management mechanisms influence its prevention and control outcomes include influencing the construction and utilization of information platforms,affecting the coordination mechanism between hospitals and communities,and impacting the motivation of primary prevention and control personnel.Conclusion It is necessary to improve the financing mechanism for information platform construction,strengthen the construction and application of monitoring data and information management platforms,provide comprehensive prevention and control services and information monitoring,establish a coordination mechanism between hospitals and communities to enhance the coordination among medical institutions at all levels,promote the provision of continuous and comprehensive prevention and treatment services,improve the incentive and funding mechanisms for primary personnel,particularly those involved in grassroots hypertension prevention and control,thereby improving the prevention and control effectiveness.
