摘 要:妊娠是由一系列复杂而重要的生理事件共同促成,其中胚胎是否可以顺利着床与子宫内膜状态息息相关。子宫内膜过薄可能影响内膜容受性,导致自身妊娠困难或复发性流产,还可能导致IVF-ET周期的终止或推迟。因此,改善内膜容受性和患者妊娠结局成为生殖医学亟待解决的问题。宫腔灌注治疗作为一种新兴的辅助疗法,通过将特定的药物注入子宫宫腔,从而提高薄型子宫内膜患者的内膜容受性及妊娠成功率,为深入探索和克服薄型子宫内膜患者助孕成功率低下的困境开辟了全新的路径。本文综述了宫腔灌注技术在治疗薄型子宫内膜患者中的应用,为进一步研究薄型子宫内膜的治疗提供了理论基础和研究思路。A series of complex and important physiological events that together form the basis of pregnancy,and the healthy growth of the uterine lining is related to the success of the embryo’s implantation.However,a thin endometrium may affect endometrial tolerance,leading to difficulties with self-pregnancy or recurrent miscarriages,and may also lead to abortions or delays in IVF-ET cycles.Improving endothelial tolerance and pregnancy outcomes of the patient is therefore a pressing issue in reproductive medicine.Uterine perfusion therapy,an emerging adjunctive therapy,is expected to improve endothelial tolerance and pregnancy success rates in patients with thin endometrium by injecting specific drugs into the uterine cavity,opening up a whole new pathway to further explore and overcome the aforementioned dilemmas.This paper summarizes the application of uterine perfusion technology in the treatment of thin endometrium,providing a theoretical basis and research ideas for further study of the treatment of thin endometrium.
