摘　　要：早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)是卵巢功能病理性衰退中的一个阶段,是导致女性生育力下降的重要疾病之一。炎性衰老,即随年龄增长而出现的机体促炎水平升高的现象,已被多项研究证实与卵巢衰老,特别是与POI的发生有一定关联。然而,目前尚无研究完全阐述炎性衰老引发POI的具体机制。因此,本文旨在通过综述炎性衰老引发POI的机制,揭示二者的关系,为临床预防及治疗POI提供参考。Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a phase within the pathological decline of ovarian function,representing one of the significant medical conditions that contribute to the reduction of female fertility.Inflamm-aging,characterized by an elevation in the body’s proinflammatory levels as it ages,has been consistently associated with ovarian aging,particularly the occurrence of POI,according to numerous studies.Nevertheless,there remains a dearth of research elucidating the precise mechanism underlying POI triggered by inflammatory aging.This article aims to comprehensively review the mechanism of POI induced by inflammatory aging,elucidating their intricate relationship,and serving as a valuable reference for clinical prevention and treatment efforts pertaining to POI.
