摘　　要：在数字中国、智慧城市以及新型城市基础设施建设背景下,智慧社区作为其重要内容和最小单元得到大力推进。本文以广州市番禺区国家数字家庭应用示范产业基地智慧社区为例,探讨智慧社区建设的实践与思考。通过阐述智慧社区发展历程和当前建设内容,聚焦番禺区在智慧社区建设中取得的阶段性成果,如智慧家居设备的普及、通信网络设施的完善、社区综合服务平台的建设以及多样化社会服务的建设,从技术与治理深度融合、技术与适老化空间耦合、居民参与重要性、信息安全保护以及跨部门协作机制创新等方面提出对智慧社区建设的几点思考,以期为未来智慧社区建设提供参考。In the context of digital China,smart city and new urban infrastructure construction,smart community as its important content and smallest unit has been vigorously promoted.In this paper,we take the smart community of the National Digital Home Application Demonstration Industrial Base in Panyu District,Guangzhou City as an example to discuss the practice and thinking of smart community construction.By describing the development history and current construction content of smart communities,focusing on the milestones achieved in the construction of smart communities in Panyu District,such as the popularity of smart home devices,the improvement of communication network facilities,the construction of community integrated service platforms and the construction of diversified social services,it proposes a review of smart communities from the aspects of the in-depth fusion of technology and governance,the coupling of technology and ageing space,the importance of residents'participation,the protection of information security,and the innovation of cross-sectoral collaboration mechanisms.We put forward several thoughts on smart community construction in terms of the deep integration of technology and governance,the coupling of technology and ageing space,the importance of resident participation,information security protection,and cross-sectoral collaboration and mechanism innovation,with a view to providing references for the future smart community construction.
