摘　　要：随着广西“加快数字化转型发展,深入推进数字广西建设”的全面部署,2023年以来,广西壮族自治区住房和城乡建设厅以“一网通办”“一网统管”“全链通办”“高效办成一件事”为主要抓手,不断推动行业数字化转型[1]。针对广西危旧房改住房改造政务服务数字化转型,本文以广西房改通平台建设项目作为案例,梳理广西住房改革政务服务“全链通办”实施方法,介绍实施成效。为实现信息技术自主可控,规避外部技术制裁和风险,切实保障数据安全,本文基于基础软硬件产品兼容与适配现状,从基础硬件、基础软件、应用软件到信息安全等各个环节介绍广西房改通平台的信息技术应用创新实施情况。希望本文能为政务服务改革提供可借鉴的经验,也能够推动国家信创产业的发展。With the comprehensive deployment of"accelerating digital transformation and deepening the construction of digital Guangxi"in Guangxi,since 2023,the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has continuously promoted the digital transformation of the industry with the main focus of"one network operation","one network unified management","full chain operation"and"efficient completion of one thing".In response to the digital transformation of government services for the renovation of dilapidated housing in Guangxi,this article takes the construction project of the Guangxi Housing Reform Platform as a case study to sort out the implementation methods of the"full chain connectivity"of government services for housing reform in Guangxi and introduce the implementation results.On the other hand,in order to achieve independent and controllable information technology,avoid external technological sanctions and risks,and effectively ensure data security,this article introduces the implementation of information technology application innovation on the Guangxi Housing Reform Platform based on the compatibility and adaptation status of basic software and hardware products,from basic hardware,basic software,application software to information security,and other aspects.I hope this article can provide valuable experience for the reform of government services and promote the development of the national information and innovation industry.
