摘　　要：北斗系统是我国自主研发的全球卫星导航系统,已成为重要的新型基础设施。随着“新城建”的深入推进,城市运行管理工作的地位和作用日益突出。城市运行管理领域涉及多个行业,为北斗系统规模化应用提供了丰富的场景。本文梳理了北斗系统在城市运行管理中的应用现状以及应用方向,分析了当前面临的挑战,并提出了相应的解决策略,以期推动北斗系统在城市运行管理领域的规模化应用,为提升城市的智能化、精细化管理水平提供技术保障,助力城市运行管理实现质的提升。Beidou system(BDS)is a global satellite navigation system independently developed by China,which has become an important new infrastructure.With the deepening of new urban construction,the role and significance of urban operation and management have become increasingly prominent.The field of urban operation and management involves many industries,offering rich scenarios for the large-scale application of BDS.This paper reviews the application status,potential and directions of BDS in urban operation and management,analyzes the challenges currently faced,and proposes corresponding solutions to promote the largescale application of BDS in the field of urban operation and management,provide technical support for improving the intelligent and refined management level of cities,and facilitate a qualitative improvement in urban operation and management.
