摘  要:目的了解青岛市预防接种工作人员对网络预约接种平台运行评价及其影响因素。方法2024年7-9月选择青岛市预防接种门诊工作人员开展问卷调查,分析对网络预约接种平台运行评价的评分及其影响因素。结果共纳入调查对象1194例,其对网络预约接种平台评价的总评分中位数(四分位数间距)为21(17~25)分,其中界面设计、流程顺畅、效率提升、使用意愿、积极推广5个维度评分分别为4(4~5)分、4(3~5)分、4(3~5)分、4(3~5)分、4(3~5)分。多因素分析显示,公立机构、专职调查对象的总评分较低[β(95%CI):-75.70(-122.39~-29.01)、-108.92(-152.57~-65.27)],年龄、工作年限、每周预防接种服务天数与总评分呈负相关[β(95%CI):-29.33(-55.78~-2.88)、-34.35(-63.64~-5.05)、-83.82(-113.97~-53.68)],开诊日开设接种台数量与总评分呈正相关[β(95%CI):47.12(18.80~75.45)]。结论预防接种工作人员对网络预约接种平台运行评价较高;仍需进一步提升网络预约接种平台智能化和个性化服务。Objective To evaluate implementation of the Online Vaccination Appointment Platform according to vaccination staff in Qingdao,and factors influencing implementation.Methods We selected a random sample of vaccination staff in vaccination clinics of Qingdao for a questionnaire-based survey between July and September 2024.We analyzed vaccination staff evaluations of the implementation of the Online Vaccination Appointment Platform and identified factors influencing evaluation score.Results A total of 1194 subjects were included.The median overall evaluation score(interquartile range)was 21(17 to 25)points,with 4(4 to 5),4(3 to 5),4(3 to 5),4(3 to 5),and 4(3 to 5)points each for the five dimensions of interface design,process smoothness,efficiency improvement,willingness to use,and active promotion,respectively.Multivariate analysis showed that the overall score was low among subjects who worked in public institutions and who were full-time employees[β(95%CI):-75.70(-122.39 to-29.01)and-108.92(-152.57 to-65.27)].The overall score was negatively correlated with age,working years,and vaccination service frequency[β(95%CI):-29.33(-55.78 to-2.88),-34.35(-63.64 to-5.05),and-83.82(-113.97 to-53.68)]and positively correlated with numbers of vaccination tables open during service times[β(95%CI):47.12(18.80 to 75.45)].Conclusions Vaccination staff gave a good overall evaluation of the implementation of the Online Vaccination Appointment Platform.We should improve the intelligence and personalized services of the Platform.
