调气愈肠方治疗急性放射性肠炎热毒伤络证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察调气愈肠方治疗急性放射性肠炎(acute radiation enteritis, ARE)的临床疗效。方法 将55例ARE患者随机分成对照组27例和观察组28例,对照组予以盐酸小檗碱片口服,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加调气愈肠方口服,疗程均为2周,观察2组患者治疗前后放射治疗肿瘤学组分级、中医症状评分及大便常规评分,并评估临床疗效。结果 观察组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组腹泻、腹痛、里急后重、纳呆、乏力评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);对照组腹泻、腹痛评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗后腹泻、里急后重、纳呆、乏力评分差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组大便常规镜检白细胞评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组红细胞、白细胞评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗后红细胞评分差值进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 调气愈肠方治疗ARE有较好疗效,能显著改善患者临床症状和生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tiaoqi Yuchang Formula(Qi-Regulating and Intestine-Healing Formula) in the treatment of acute radiation enteritis(ARE).Methods A total of 55 patients were randomized into the control group(n = 27) and observation group(n = 28). The patients in the control group were given berberine hydrochloride tablets, and those in the observation group were given oral Tiaoqi Yuchang Formula granules in addition to the treatment in the control group. The treatment course was 2 weeks for both groups. The Radiation Therapy Oncology Group grading, Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores, and stool routine scores were observed before and after treatment, and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the observation group had reductions in the scores of diarrhea, abdominal pain, tenesmus, anorexia, fatigue(P < 0.05), while the control group had reductions in the scores of diarrhea and abdominal pain(P < 0.05). And there were differences between the two groups in the changes in the scores of diarrhea, tenesmus, anorexia, fatigue after treatment(P < 0.05). After treatment, the control group had reduction in the score of examination of white blood cells in stool by routine microscopy(P < 0.05), while the observation group had reductions in the scores of red and white blood cells in stool by routine microscopy(P < 0.05).And there were significant differences between the two groups in the change in the score of red blood cells in stool by routine microscopy(P < 0.05).Conclusion Tiaoqi Yuchang Formula is effective in treating ARE, significantly improving clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients.
