摘  要:长期遭受雨雪侵蚀,极易导致安装在露天环境中的石油化工管道外表面出现结构性缺陷损伤。针对管道外表面出现的缺陷,提出使用电磁超声检测缺陷深度的方法。使用COMSOL软件建立电磁超声检测管道轴向表面矩形槽缺陷模型,通过引入Halbach阵列提高换能器激发的初始波幅值,并通过分析不同波长表面波检测不同深度缺陷所得到的反射系数、透射系数之间的差异,得到关于缺陷深度和不同波长表面波的反射系数、透射系数之间的变化关系以及一种定量检测矩形槽缺陷深度的方法。结果表明,所得方法能够有效检测矩形槽缺陷的深度。Long-term erosion by rain and snow can easily lead to structural defects on the outer surface of petrochemical pipelines installed in open air.To address the defects on the outer surface of pipelines,an electromagnetic ultrasound method is proposed for detecting defect depth.A model of a pipeline's axial surface with a rectangular groove defect is established using COMSOL software,by introducing Halbach array,the initial wave amplitude excited by the transducer is enhanced,by analyzing the differences between reflection coefficient and transmission coefficient of surface waves with different wavelengths to detect defects with different depths,the changing relationship between defect depth and reflection coefficient and transmission coefficient of surface waves with different wavelengths is obtained,and a method for quantitatively detecting defect depth of rectangular grooves is also obtained.The results show that the method can effectively detect the depth of rectangular groove defects.
