摘　　要：智能声纹识别技术在智慧政务管理中的应用日益受到关注。通过分析智能声纹识别的核心原理,探讨其在智慧政务中的主要应用场景、优势以及面临的问题。最后,提出了针对性策略,为智慧政务管理的智能化发展提供了理论支持与发展指引。The application of intelligent voiceprint recognition technology in smart government management has attracted increasing attention.By analyzing the core principle of intelligent voiceprint recognition,this paper discusses its main application scenarios,advantages and problems in smart government affairs.Finally,the targeted strategies are put forward,which provide theoretical support and development guidance for the intelligent development of smart government management.
