摘　　要：办公空间的环境质量对人类健康、福祉及工作效率具有深远的影响,这一影响正推动办公建筑朝向健康与绿色发展的方向转型。本文系统梳理了全球主要国家健康建筑评价标准的发展历程,重点分析了WELL建筑评价标准从WELLv1到WELLv2的修订过程,特别关注其在建筑环境质量和使用者健康福祉十个核心维度上的细化和扩展。WELL标准将健康与福祉纳入建筑可持续设计的核心,通过铂金级、金级等四个等级的认证体系,对建筑的健康性和适应性进行系统评估。同时,以获得WELL铂金级认证的西安太古里办公空间为例,分析WELL标准的实际应用效果,并进一步从生理、心理和社会适应性三个层面探讨健康建筑评价标准对使用者健康和工作效率的积极影响。The environmental quality of office spaces has a significant impact on human health,well-being,and productivity,driving a shift in office building design towards health-focused and sustainable development.This study systematically reviews the evolution of healthy building evaluation standards across major countries,with a particular focus on the WELL Building Standard's revisions from WELLv1 to WELLv2.Specific emphasis is placed on the refinement and expansion across ten core dimensions related to environmental quality and occupant health and well-being.By integrating health and well-being as central elements of sustainable building design,the WELL Standard employs a certification system with four tiers—Platinum,Gold,Silver,and Bronze—to rigorously assess buildings'health performance and adaptability.Using the WELL Platinumcertified Taikoo Li Xi'an office space as a case study,this paper also evaluates the practical outcomes of the WELL Standard and further examines the positive effects of healthy building standards on occupant health and productivity across physiological,psychological,and social adaptability dimensions.
