桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊对慢性鼻窦炎的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究鼻窦炎患者使用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊后的疗效。方法选取2021.3至2022.3我院收治68例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为实验对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各34例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组再次上叠加桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊,对两组患者进行2个月的治疗,并对两组患者的总有率、复常情况、炎性因子水平变化等进行对比。结果两组总有效率比较,其中对照组低于观察组(P<0.05),治疗后各项复常情况对照组均比观察组低(P<0.05),两组指标经治疗后比较观察组均在对照组以下(P<0.05)。结论桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊可以有效的改善患者慢性鼻窦炎引起的头疼、鼻塞、浓涕等主要症状,并且可以有效的抑制炎性因子的发生其效果显著,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To investigate the effect of eucalyptus pine-enteric soft capsules in patients with sinusitis.Methods 68 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from March 21.3 to March 22.3 were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with eucalyptus lime pine-enteric soft capsules again for 2 months,and the total occurrence rate,recurrent condition and infiammatory factor level changes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05),and all the complex conditions of the control group after treatment were lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The indexes of the two groups after treatment were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Eucalyptus pine-enteric soft capsules can effectively improve the main symptoms of chronic sinusitis,such as headache,nasal congestion and heavy nose,and can effectively inhibit the occurrence of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
