桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合鼓室内注射倍他米松对分泌性中耳炎患者临床效果及听力阈值影响

摘　　要：目的本研究将桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊与鼓室内注射倍他米松联合应用于分泌性中耳炎的治疗中,集中分析该联合治疗方案的应用效果及对患者听力阈值的影响。方法研究对象选择纳入在2021年1月至2022年6月期间我院收治的90例分泌性中耳炎患者,以治疗方式为分组依据,将研究对象分为联合治疗组(n=45)及常规治疗组(n=45)。对常规治疗组采取鼓室内注射倍他米松治疗,在此基础上增加给予联合治疗组使用按柠肠溶软胶囊,治疗结束后对比两组患者的听力阈值和临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者的听力阈值水平均有下降,其中联合治疗组低于常规治疗组(P<0.05);联合治疗组的临床有效率(93.33%)高于常规治疗组的临床有效率(77.78%)(P<0.05)。结论在治疗分泌性中耳炎时采取桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊联合鼓室内注射倍他米松的治疗,能够改善患者的听力阈值、促进中耳积液的排除,达到提高临床疗效的目的。Objective In this study,the combination of eucalyptus lipinine enteric softgel capsule and betamethasone injection into the tympanic cavity was applied in the treatment of secretory otitis media,and the effect of the combined treatment regimen on the hearing threshold of patients was analyzed.Methods 90 patients with secretory otitis media admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were included in the study,and were divided into combined treatment group(n=45)and conventional treatment group(n=45)according to treatment methods.The conventional treatment group was treated with betamethasone injection in the tympanical room,and the combined treatment group was additionally treated with eucalyptus lipinine enteric-coated softgel.The hearing threshold and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the hearing threshold of both groups decreased,and the combined treatment group was lower than the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of combined treatment group(93.33%)was higher than that of conventional treatment group(77.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of secretory otitis media,the treatment of eucalyptus lipinic enteric softgel capsule combined with betamethasone injection in tympanic cavity can improve the hearing threshold of patients,promote the elimination of middle ear effusion,and achieve the purpose of improving clinical efficacy.
