低温等离子手术治疗儿童扁桃体并腺样体肥大的临床效果及对应激反应、免疫功能的影响研究

摘  要:目的研究低温等离子手术治疗儿童扁桃体并腺样体肥大疗效。方法纳入2021年1月到2023年5月就诊儿童扁桃体并腺样体肥大患儿72例,参照组(36例):行常规切除术,低温等离子手术组(36例):行低温等离子术。对比效果。结果低温等离子手术组手术指标更佳、总有效率更高、并发症发生率更低(p<0.05);术后24h,低温等离子手术组的血清TNF-α、IL-4、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平、疼痛(NRS)评分、CD8^(+)水平,均更低(p<0.05)。术后24h,低温等离子手术组的舒适度(BCS)评分、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平,均更高(p<0.05)。结论低温等离子手术治疗儿童扁桃体并腺样体肥大,疗效更佳。能够更有效改善炎症、应激反应,更利于减轻疼痛,提高舒适度,避免损害免疫功能,术型更安全。Objective To study the effect of low temperature plasma surgery on children with adenoid hypertrophy of tonsil.Methods A total of 72 children with tonsil hyperplasia and adenoid hyperplasia were included from January 2021 to May 2023.The reference group(36 cases)underwent routine resection,while the low-temperature plasma operation group(36 cases)underwent low-temperature plasma surgery.The contrast effect.Results The low temperature plasma surgery group had better surgical indexes,higher total effective rate and lower complication rate(p<0.05).The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-4,norepinephrine(NE),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),pain(NRS)score and CD8^(+)in the low temperature plasma surgery group were lower 24h after operation(p<0.05).24h after surgery,the comfort level(BCS)score,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)levels in the low temperature plasma surgery group were higher(p<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma surgery is a better treatment for children with tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy.It can improve inflammation and stress response more effectively,reduce pain,improve comfort,avoid damaging immune function,and make the operation safer.
