喉咽清口服液治疗急性扁桃体炎(风热外袭证)的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察喉咽清口服液治疗急性扁桃体炎(风热外袭证)患者的临床有效性及安全性。方法共纳入96例受试者,随机分为观察组和对照组(各48例),观察组服用喉咽清口服液(湖南时代阳光药业股份有限公司,国药准字Z10950035),对照组服用双黄连口服液(哈药集团三精制药有限公司,国药准字Z10920053),疗程5d,以两组患者临床疗效、中医证候主症总积分、中医证候次症总积分等为有效性评价指标。结果观察组总有效率81.25%,对照组总有效率79.17%,两组总有效率及中医证候主症总积分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候次症总积分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉咽清口服液治疗急性扁桃体炎(风热外袭证)不仅可以快速改善患者的症状、体征,且能更有效缓解患者伴随症状,胃肠道反应更少,口感更佳,患者接受度更高,依从性更好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Houyanqing Oral Solution in the treatment of patients with acute tonsillitis(pattern of external assault by wind-heat).Methods 96 subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group(48 cases each),and the observation group was givenHouyanqing Oral Solution(Hunan Times Sunshine Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Sinopharm Z10950035)and the control group was given Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(HaPharm Group Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,State Drug Administration Z10920053)for 5 d.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The clinical effcacy,the total points of the main symptoms and the total points of the secondary symptoms of the Chinese medicine symptoms of the two groups were used as the effectiveness evaluation indexes.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 81.25%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 79.17%.The differences in the total effective rate and the total points of the Chinese medicine symptoms between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the total points of the Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Houyanqing Oral Solution can not only improve the symptoms and signs of patients rapidly,but also relieve the concomitant symptoms of patients more effectively,with less gastrointestinal reactions,better taste,higher patient acceptance and better compliance.
