温胆汤与泽泻汤联合针刺疗法治疗耳源性眩晕(梅尼埃病)的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析温胆汤与泽泻汤联合针刺疗法治疗耳源性眩晕(梅尼埃病)的效果。方法研究时间为2022年1月-2023年3月,研究对象为本院收治的68例耳源性眩晕患者,随机进行分组,各34例。两组均接受常规治疗,对照组采用针刺疗法治疗,观察组采用温胆汤与泽泻汤联合针刺疗法治疗。对比治疗效果。结果观察组中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组耳鸣和眩晕评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用温胆汤与泽泻汤联合针刺疗法的方式对耳源性眩晕患者进行治疗,可以使患者的各种症状得到显著的改善,提高治疗效果,促进患者的恢复。Objective Analyze the effect of Wen Dan Tang combined with Ze Xie Tang in the treatment of otogenic vertigo(Meniere's disease).Method The research period was from January 2022 to March 2023,and the study subjects were 68 patients with otogenic vertigo admitted to our hospital.They were randomly divided into groups,with 34 patients in each group.Both groups received routine treatment,the control group was treated with acupuncture,the observation group was treated with Wendan decoction and Zexie decoction combined acupuncture treatment.Compare treatment effects.Result The TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The observation group had better scores for tinnitus and dizziness than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion To treat the patients with otogenic Vertigo by acupuncture therapy combined with Wendan decoction and Zexie decoction can improve the symptoms of the patients,improve the therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of the patients.
