左氧氟沙星滴耳液联用头孢呋辛酯治疗中耳炎的效果

摘　　要：目的观察并分析中耳炎治疗头孢呋辛酯联合左氧氟沙星滴耳液的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月-2023年8月72例中耳炎患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(左氧氟沙星滴耳液)与观察组(头孢呋辛酯联合左氧氟沙星滴耳液),对比应用效果。结果观察组患者的临床应用效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前,两组TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-8炎性指标无差异(P>0.05),干预后,观察组比对照组TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-8炎性指标低(P<0.05)。结论在中耳炎治疗上应用头孢呋辛酯联合左氧氟沙星滴耳液的治疗效果明显,有效改善患者病情,降低不良反应发生率,凸显其应用价值,可进一步推行使用。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of cefuroxime axetil combined with levofloxacin ear drops in the treatment of otitis media.Methods 72 patients with otitis media from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group(levofloxacin ear drops)and observation group(cefuroxime axetil combined with levofloxacin ear drops)by random number table method,and the application effect was compared.Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no difference in TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-8 inffammatory indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the inflammatory indexes of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cefuroxime axetil combined with levofloxacin ear drops in the treatment of otitis media has obvious therapeutic effect,effectively improving the condition of patients,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,highlighting its application value,and can be further promoted.
