摘　　要：目的分析在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术运用不同剂量盐酸右美托咪定的麻醉效果,探寻最佳用药剂量。方法针对本院行手术治疗的80例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉开展分析,采取奇偶法分成40例对照组、40例研究组,两组患者均在输注0.6μg/kg盐酸右美托咪定,对照组维持剂量为0.3μg/kg,研究组维持剂量为0.6μg/kg,分析两组血流动力学指标、应激反应指标、不良反应情况,病例纳入研究时间为2022年9月-2023年9月。结果研究组HR、MAP、SPO_(2)水平均较高,与对照组间存在明显差异(P<0.05);研究组NE、COR、AT-Ⅱ水平均较低,与对照组间存在明显差异(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率较低,与对照组间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术运用0.6μg/kg盐酸右美托咪定的麻醉效果更为理想,可稳定血流动力学指标,减轻应激反应,同时还可减少不良反应风险。Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in the operation of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,and to explore the best dosage.Methods Eighty patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were analyzed and divided into 40 control group and 40 study group by odd-even method.Both groups were injected with 0.6μg/kg dexmedetomidine hydrochloride,the maintenance dose of the control group was 0.3μg/kg,and the maintenance dose of the study group was 0.6μg/kg.The hemodynamic indexes,stress response indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.The patients were included in the study from September 2022 to September 2023.Results The levels of HR,MAP and SPO_(2) in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of NE,COR and AT-Ⅱ in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The anesthetic effect of 0.6μg/kg dexmedetomidine hydrochloride is more ideal in the operation of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,which can stabilize the hemodynamic indexes,reduce the stress response,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
