观察疏风宣肺通窍汤治疗急性分泌性中耳炎(风寒袭络证)的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的讨论疏风宣肺通窍汤治疗急性分泌性中耳炎(风寒袭络证)的临床疗效。方法2022年11月-2023年11月,纳入82例急性分泌性中耳炎(风寒袭络证)患者开展本次研究,对照组与研究组应用随机分组法各分为41例。西药治疗方案用于对照组,研究组需要在对照组治疗方案基础上联合接受疏风宣肺通窍汤治疗。观察疗效、症状积分、炎症指标与安全性。结果研究组疗效总有效率的92.68%显著高于对照组该指标的65.85%,P<0.05。治疗前症状积分组间数据差异性较小,P>0.05;治疗7d后研究组症状积分评价数值均较对照组更低,P<0.05。治疗前炎症指标组间数据差异性较小,P>0.05;治疗7d后研究组炎症指标检测数值均较对照组更低,P<0.05。两组患者实施各自治疗方案期间均未不良反应。结论疏风宣肺通窍汤治疗急性分泌性中耳炎(风寒袭络证)临床疗效较高,不易诱发不良反应,症状改善显著,炎症消退明显。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Shufeng Xuanfei Tongqiao Decoction in the treatment of acute secretory otitis media(syndrome of wind-cold attack collateral).Methods From November 2022 to November 2023,82 patients with acute secretory otitis media(syndrome of wind-cold attack collars)were included in this study,and the control group and the research group were divided into 41 cases by random grouping method.The western medicine treatment plan was used in the control group,and the study group should receive Shufeng Xuanfei Tongqiao Decoction on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.Efficacy,symptom score,inflammatory index and safety were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group(92.68%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.85%),P<0.05.There was little difference in symptom scores between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the symptom scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was little difference in the data of inflammation index between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the inflammatory indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the implementation of their respective treatment regiments.Conclusion Shufeng Xuanfei Tongqiao Decoction has high clinical efficacy in treating acute secretory otitis media(syndrome of wind-cold attack collaterals),it is not easy to induce adverse reactions,the symptoms improve significantly,and the inflammation subsides obviously.
