糠酸莫米松与氯雷他定联合治疗小儿变应性鼻炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价糠酸莫米松与氯雷他定联合治疗小儿变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法研究资料搜集时间为2020年6月~2023年10月,从我院儿科就诊(耳鼻喉科会诊)的变应性鼻炎患儿中抽选出84例展开研究,遵循随机数表法分组,对照组接受氯雷他定治疗,观察组接受糠酸莫米松联合氯雷他定治疗,每组各设定42例,对比两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状改善情况、生活质量及血清嗜酸性粒细胞水平。结果观察组患儿用药后的总有效率显著比对照组高,治疗后的各症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的各方面生活质量评分明显比对照组低,统计结果P<0.05;治疗前的两组嗜酸性粒细胞水平差异无意义,治疗后观察组患儿的血清嗜酸性粒细胞水平明显低于对照组,统计差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论针对变应性鼻炎患儿的临床治疗选择糠酸莫米松联合氯雷他定的药效好,能快速缓解鼻炎症状,降低炎症水平,促使患儿尽早恢复正常生活,值得临床采纳。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the combination of mometasone furoate and loratadine in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis.Methods The research data was collected from June 2020 to October 2023,and 84 children with allergic rhinitis who visited the our pediatrics department(otolaryngology consultation)in our hospital were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group received treatment with loratadine,while the observation group received treatment with combination of mometasone furoate and loratadine.Each group had 42 cases,and the treatment effect,clinical symptom improvement,quality of life,and serum eosinophil levels of the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after medication,and the scores of various symptoms after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of the observation group's children after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,with a statistical result of P<0.05;There was no significant difference in eosinophil levels between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the serum eosinophil levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mometasone furoate and loratadine is effective in the clinical treatment of children with allergic rhinitis.It can quickly alleviate rhinitis symptoms,reduce inflammation levels,and promote the early recovery of normal life in children.It is worthy of clinical adoption.
