铝碳酸镁联合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胃食管反流性咽喉炎(LPRD)患者治疗中合用铝碳酸镁与质子泵抑制剂的临床效果。方法研究参与对象为60例LPRD患者,源自2021年5月-2023年5月五官科所收治,基于“随机数字表法”1:1分2组一对照组和观察组。2组均接受常规消炎、抗感染措施,前组纳入30例应用奥美拉唑胶囊治疗,后组纳入30例合用奥美拉唑胶囊与铝碳酸镁。比较两组的临床疗效、胃蛋白酶水平、炎症因子水平。结果与对照组做比较,观察组治疗总有效率高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、TNF-α、PCT水平呈不同程度降幅,且观察组改变更明显(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平均有所改变,且观察组改变更明显(P<0.05)。结论LPRD患者铝碳酸镁与质子泵抑制剂,可发挥保护胃黏膜、减轻炎症水平的作用,以获得确切疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of magnesium aluminate combined with proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux laryngitis(LPRD).Methods Sixty patients with LPRD were enrolled in the study,who were admitted to the ENT Department from May 2021 to May 2023.Based on the random number table method,they were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.Both groups received routine anti-inflammatory and anti-infection measures.In the former group,30 cases were treated with omeprazole capsules,while in the latter group,30 cases were treated with omeprazole capsules and magnesium aluminate.The clinical efficacy,pepsin level and inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-α and PCT in the two groups decreased in different degrees,and the changes in the observation group were more obvious(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PG i and PG i in both groups changed,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium aluminum carbonate and proton pump inhibitor can protect gastric mucosa and reduce infammation level in patients with LPRD,so as to obtain definite curative effect.
