咽炎片联合地塞米松雾化吸入治疗急性咽喉炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究急性咽喉炎采取咽炎片联合地塞米松雾化吸入诊疗的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月~10月就诊于本院门诊部的急性咽喉炎患者展开研究,总例数68例,依据随机数表法分组,对照组予咽炎片,治疗组予咽炎片+地塞米松雾化吸入,比较指标:治疗有效率、症状缓解用时、炎性因子、T淋巴细胞。结果①治疗有效率:治疗组较对照组,治疗有效率获得更高的水平(P<0.05);②症状缓解用时:治疗组较对照组,呼吸困难、犬吠样咳嗽等缓解用时更短(P<0.05);③炎性因子:治疗组较对照组,C反应蛋白、白介素-6获得更低的水平(P<0.05);④T淋巴细胞:治疗组较对照组,CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)等获得更高的水平(P<0.05)。结论急性咽喉炎采取咽炎片联合地塞米松雾化吸入诊疗效果确切,可进一步缓解症状,改善免疫功能,控制炎性效应,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the clinical effect of using pharyngitis tablets combined with dexamethasone nebulized inhalation for the diagnosis and treatment of acute pharyngitis.Method A study was conducted on 68 patients with acute pharyngitis who visited the outpatient department of our hospital from January to October 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:the control group received pharyngitis tablets,and the treatment group received pharyngitis tablets+dexamethasone nebulized inhalation.The comparative indicators were treatment effectiveness,symptom relief time,inflammatory factors,and T lymphocytes.Result①Treatment effectiveness:The treatment group achieved a higher level of treatment effectiveness compared to the control group(P<0.05);②Symptom relief time:The treatment group had shorter relief time for breathing difficulties,barking cough,and other symptoms compared to the control group(P<0.05);③Inflammatory factors:The treatment group achieved lower levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 compared to the control group(P<0.05);④T lymphocytes:The treatment group achieved higher levels of CD4^(+),CD3^(+),etc.compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of pharyngitis tablets and dexamethasone nebulized inhalation has a definite diagnostic and therapeutic effect on acute pharyngitis,which can further alleviate symptoms,improve immune function,and control inflammatory effects.It is worth learning from.
