摘　　要：目的评价在老年阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的治疗中,应用乙酰半胱氨酸联合持续气道正压通气方案(CPAP)的效果及价值。方法选取我院2022年5月至2024年2月66例OSAHS患者,随机数字表法分组处理(每组33例);以CPAP常规治疗为对照组,评价乙酰半胱氨酸联合CPAP的治疗效果及价值。结果(1)治疗后观察组血气指标、气道功能改善幅度较大(P<0.05)。(2)观察组觉醒次数少,深睡眠时间、快动眼睡眠(REM)时间较长(P<0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸、CPAP联合方案治疗老年OSAHS患者,可积极调节患者的血气指标,降低气道阻力而有效改善患者的睡眠状态。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and value of using acetylcysteine combined with continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)ventilation in the treatment of elderly patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Method 66 OSAHS patients from May 2022 to February 2024 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into groups using a number table method(33 cases in each group);Evaluate the therapeutic effect and value of acetylcysteine combined with CPAP as the control group.Result(1)After treatment,the observation group showed a significant improvement in blood gas indicators and airway function(P<0.05).(2)The observation group had fewer awakenings and longer deep sleep and rapid eye movement(REM)sleep times(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of acetylcysteine and CPAP can actively regulate blood gas indicators,reduce airway resistance,and effectively improve sleep status in elderly OSAHS patients.
