不同分型钙化在甲状腺结节超声诊断中应用效果及准确率分析

摘　　要：目的研究不同分型钙化在甲状腺结节超声诊断中应用效果。方法数据取自我院2022年7月-2023年7月收治的70例甲状腺结节患者,以“病理结果”为诊断金标准,均行超声检查,分析最终诊断结果。结果病理结果的良性结节诊断率为37.14%,恶性结节诊断率为62.86%,超声结果的良性结节诊断率为32.86%,恶性结节诊断率为67.14%,超声与病理诊断的准确率无统计学差异,良恶性结节比较Ⅱ型钙化率、Ⅲ型钙化率无统计学差异,P>0.05;恶性结节的Ⅰ型钙化率(47.73)高于良性结节(7.69),恶性结节的Ⅳ型钙化率(9.09)低于良性结节(50.00),P<0.05(具有统计学差异)。结论超声诊断甲状腺结节可明确患者的临床体征分级、良恶性钙化情况,提高诊断准确性、为疾病诊疗提供数据支持,达到改善预后作用,值得推崇。Objective To study the effect of different types of calcification in ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods The data were collected from 70 patients with thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023.With"pathological findings"as the diagnostic gold standard,ultrasound examination was performed to analyze the final diagnostic results.Result The diagnosis rate of benign and malignant nodules was 37.14% and 62.86% respectively,respectively.The diagnosis rate of benign and malignant nodules was 32.86% and 67.14% respectively.There was no statistical difference between the accuracy rate of ultrasound and pathological diagnosis,and there was no statistical difference between the calcification rate of benign and malignant nodules(P>0.05).The calcification rate of type Ⅰ in malignant nodules(47.73)was higher than that of benign nodules(7.69),and the calcification rate of type Ⅳ in malignant nodules(9.09)was lower than that of benign nodules(50.00),P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid nodules can clarify the clinical signs grade and benign and malignant calcification of patients,improve diagnostic accuracy,provide data support for disease diagnosis and treatment,and improve prognosis,which is worthy of praise.
