摘　　要：中耳胆脂瘤是一种较为常见且危害严重的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科疾病,至今仍是世界各地的耳鼻咽喉科医生所面临的一个巨大挑战。目前,尚没有治疗中耳胆脂瘤的标准手术方式,所以规范临床上中耳胆脂瘤分类分期,选择合适的手术方式尤为重要。本文旨在复习既往的关于中耳胆脂瘤的分类分期研究,综合目前最广泛接受的关于中耳胆脂瘤的描述和意见,对中耳胆脂瘤不同分类分期的文献进行了综述。Middle ear cholesteatoma is a common and serious disease in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery,which is still a great ch-allenge for otolaryngologists around the world.In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of middle ear cholesteatoma,it is neces-sary to standardize the clinical classification and staging of middleear cholesteatoma.The purpose of this article is to review previous-studies on the classification and staging of middle ear cholesteatom-a,and to review the literature on different classifications and sta-ging of middle ear cholesteatoma based on the most widely accepted d-escriptions and opinions on middle ear cholesteatoma.
