医院门诊雾化吸入治疗慢性咽喉炎应用优质护理管理模式的护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究雾化吸入治疗慢性咽喉炎患者行优质护理管理模式的效果。方法选择医院门诊2022年1月-2022年12月收治的80例慢性咽喉炎患者,均行雾化吸入治疗,“随机数字表法”分基础组(常规护理)、优质组(优质护理管理模式)各40例,两组疗效比较。结果护理前分析生活质量、自我护理行为及负性情绪无差异,P>0.05;护理后较基础组,优质组SF-36评分更高;ESCA评分更高;HAMA、HAMD评分更低;优质组遵医率(97.50%)高于基础组(85.00%),P<0.05(具有统计学差异)。结论优质护理管理模式可提高雾化吸入治疗慢性咽喉炎患者的自护能力、生活质量,稳定情绪、优化遵医行为,值得推崇。Objective To study the effect of nebulizing inhalation in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis patients with high-quality nursing management mode.Methods 80 patients with chronic pharyngitis treated in hospital outpatient department from January 2022 to December 2022 were all treated with atomization inhalation,and were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(quality nursing management mode)by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Results There was no difference in quality of life,self-care behavior and negative emotion before nursing analysis,P>0.05;Afer nursing,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Higher ESCA score;HAMA and HAMD scores were lower;The compliance rate of observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of control group(85.00%),P<0.05(statistical difference).Conclusion The high-quality nursing management model can improve the self-care ability,quality of life,stable mood and optimize the compliance behavior of patients with chronic pharyngitis treated by nebulizing inhalation,which is worthy of praise.
