摘　　要：目的研究过敏性鼻炎(AR)患儿行优质护理的效果。方法选择我院2021年1月-2023年1月收治的80例AR患儿,“双盲法”分参照组(常规护理)、优质组(优质护理)各40例,两组症状改善程度、睡眠质量、心理状态及家属满意度。结果护理前分析症状改善程度、睡眠质量及心理状态无差异,P>0.05;护理后较参照组,优质组症状改善程度评分更低;PSQI评分更低;HAMA、HAMD评分更低;优质组家属满意率(97.50%)高于参照组(82.50%),P<0.05(具有统计学差异)。结论优质护理可改善AR患儿的临床症状、心理状态,提高睡眠质量,获得家属认可,值得推崇。Objective To study the effect of quality nursing for children with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 80 children with AR admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into control group(routine care)and observation group(quality care)by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The improvement degree of symptoms,sleep quality,psychological state and family satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results There was no difference in symptom improvement,sleep quality and mental state before nursing,P>0.05;After nursing,the symptom improvement score of observation group was lower than that of control group.The PSQI score was lower;HAMA and HAMD scores were lower;The satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(82.50%),P<0.05(with statistical difference).Conclusion Quality nursing can improve the clinical symptoms,psychological state and sleep quality of children with AR,which is recognized by family members and worthy of praise.
