摘 要:目的本文重点分析过敏性鼻炎患儿的护理中加入健康教育干预的效果。方法回顾性分析,避选本院80例过敏性鼻炎患儿作为研究目标,具体研究时间为2021年5月~2023年6月,依据“随机数表法”均分为研究组(40例,行健康教育干预)、对照组(40例,行常规健康护理),探究两组的急性发作次数、住院次数、护理满意度、鼻炎生活质量(RQLQ)评分、焦虑SAS评分、抑郁SDS评分。结果两组患者治疗前的RQLQ评分、焦虑SAS评分、抑郁SDS评分无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,研究组对比于对照组患者的焦虑SAS评分、抑郁SDS评分、RQLQ评分较低(P<0.05);研究组对比于对照组患者的护理满意度较高(P<0.05);研究组对比于对照组患者的急性发作次数、住院次数较短(P<0.05)。结论健康教育干预可以显著改善过敏性鼻炎患儿的症状和生活质量,提高患者对疾病的认知和管理能力。因此,在过敏性鼻炎患儿的护理中加入健康教育干预是一种有效的策略,值得在临床实践中广泛应用。Objective To analyze the effect of health education intervention in the nursing of children with allergic rhinitis.Method Retrospective analysis:80 children with allergic rhinitis in our hospital were selected as the research target,the specific study time was from May 2021 to June 2023,and were divided into study group(40 cases,receiving health education intervention)and control group(40 cases,receiving routine health care)according to“random number table method”.The frequency of acute attacks,hospitalization,nursing satisfaction,rhinitis quality of life(RQLQ)score,anxiety SAS score and depression SDS score were investigated in the two groups.Results There was no statistical significance in RQLQ score,SAS score for anxiety and SDS score for depression in two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the anxiety SAS score,SDS score and RQLQ score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of acute attacks and hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education intervention can significantly improve the symptoms and quality of life of children with allergic rhinitis,improve the cognition and management ability of the disease.Therefore,adding health education intervention to the care of children with allergic rhinitis is an effective strategy,and it is worth applying widely in clinical practice.
