快速康复护理在良性甲状腺结术后患者中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的仔细研讨快速康复护理在良性甲状腺结节术后患者中的应用效果。方法以2021年7月-2023年10月我院行甲状腺结节术的80例患者为研究对象,按先后入院的顺序将80例患者分为对照组与研究组,对照组(n=40)实施常规护理,研究组(n=40)实施快速康复护理,并在接下来的研究中将护理满意度、并发症发生率、护理后的各项临床指标作为观察指标进行统计学分析。结果就研究组而言,对照组护理满意度明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实施护理措施后,研究组各项临床指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理可有效减少良性甲状腺结节术后患者的手术时间和术后住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,并提高患者的生活质量,值得临床积极推广和应用。Objective To carefully discuss the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in postoperative patients with benign thyroid nodules.Method A total of 80 patients who underwent thyroid nodule surgery in our hospital from July 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group in order of admission.The control group(n=40)received routine nursing care,while the study group(n=40)received rapid rehabilitation nursing care.Nursing satisfaction,incidence of complications,and various clinical indicators after nursing care were used as observation indicators for statistical analysis in the following study.Result As for the research group,the nursing satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementing nursing measures,various clinical indicators in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively reduce the surgical time and hospital stay of patients with benign thyroid nodules after surgery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth actively promoting and applying in clinical practice.
