雾化吸入治疗小儿急性咽喉炎的护理措施及不良反应发生率研究

摘　　要：目的探析急性咽喉炎雾化吸入患儿采取护理干预的效果及实践价值。方法选取2021年1月-2023年1月就诊于本院的急性咽喉炎患儿研究,总纳入病例数100例,采取Excel表格分组,对照组行常规护理,观察组行护理干预,比较2组有关指标,如症状缓解用时、依从性、不良事件及家属满意度等。结果①症状缓解用时:观察组较对照组,黏膜肿胀充血、咽喉干燥疼痛等缓解用时更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②依从性:观察组较对照组,依从性更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③不良事件:观察组较对照组,心律失常、支气管挛等发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④家属满意度:观察组较对照组,护理技能、服务态度等满意度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性咽喉炎雾化吸入患儿采取护理干预效果确切,可提高依从性,改善症状,降低不良事件,具较高的运用价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect and practical value of nursing intervention in children with acute pharyngitis by atomization inhalation.Methods A total of 100 children with acute pharyngolaryngitis from January to January in our hospital were enrolled in the study.The 20212023 were divided into two groups according to the Excel form.The control group received routine nursing,the Observation Group received nursing intervention,the related indexes,such as symptom relief,Compliance,adverse events and satisfaction of family members were compared between the 2 groups.Results①the time of relieving symptoms was shorter in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05);②compliance:the compliance of the Observation Group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05);③Adverse events:the incidence of arrhythmia and Bronchospasm in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05);④Family satisfaction:The Observation Group than the control group,nursing skills,service attitude and other satisfaction scores were higher,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for children with acute pharyngitis by atomization inhalation can improve compliance,improve symptoms and reduce adverse events.
