延续护理对胃食管反流性疾病患者遵医行为及光疾病预后的影响分析

摘　　要：目的讨论延续护理对胃食管反流性疾病患者遵医行为及疾病预后的影响。方法2022年3月-2023年9月,前瞻性纳入52例胃食管反流性疾病患者,以平衡序贯法随机将入选者分为2组各26例,即对照组与研究组。对照组护理方法为:常规护理,研究组护理方法为:对照组基础上实施延续护理,两组患者护理干预时间为:6周。观察指标:遵医行为评分、胃食管反流量表自测情况。结果研究组理与按时用药、养成良好生活方式、病情自检与防控、按时与按流程复查方面的遵医行为评价项目分数值均明显较对照组更高,P<0.05。出院日两组胃食管反流量表自测情况差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;随访6周后研究组胃食管反流量表自测情况方面的评分值均较对照组更低,P<0.05。结论延续护理用于胃食管反流性疾病患者后有助于帮助其积极遵医嘱行为管理疾病,且可减轻胃食管反流症状表现,改善预后。Objective To discuss the effect of extended nursing on compliance behavior and prognosis of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods From March 2022 to September 2023,52 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were prospectively enrolled and randomly divided into 2 groups(control group and study group)with 26 cases each by balanced sequential method.The nursing method of the control group was routine nursing,and the nursing method of the study group was extended nursing based on the control group.The nursing intervention time of the two groups was 6 weeks.Outcome measures:Compliance behavior score,gastroesophageal reflux scale self-test.Results The scores of compliance behavior evaluation items in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of taking medication on time,developing a good lifestyle,disease self-examination,prevention and control,timely and according to procedures review,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the self-measured gastroesophageal reflux scale between the two groups on the day of discharge,P>0.05;After 6 weeks of follow-up,the scores of GERR in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Extended care for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease can help them actively follow the doctor's advice to manage the disease,reduce the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux and improve the prognosis.
