集束化护理在小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患者接受雾化吸入治疗中,为其提供集束化护理的价值。方法选取该院2022年4月—2023年10月收治的68例急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(34例)采用常规护理,观察组(34例)采用集束化护理。比较两组临床指标。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发热、喘鸣、声音嘶哑、咳嗽等症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿接受雾化吸入治疗中为其提供集束化护理可缩短各个症状改善时间,亦可改善预后效果,提升家属对本次医疗服务满意度,值得借鉴与学习。Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing in the treatment of children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction by atomization inhalation,the value of providing intensive care.Methods A total of 68 children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to October 2022 were randomly 2023 into two groups.The control group(34 cases)was given routine nursing care,and the Observation Group(34 cases)was given cluster nursing care.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p&lt;0.05),and the improvement time of fever,wheezing,hoarseness and cough in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(p&lt;0.05).The satisfaction degree of family members in the Observation Group was higher than that in the control group(p&lt;0.05).Conclusion The cluster nursing in the treatment of acute laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction can shorten the time of symptom improvement,improve the prognosis and increase the satisfaction of family members,it is worth learning from.
