综合护理在急性喉炎所致喉梗阻患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的评价综合护理在急性喉炎所致喉梗阻患者中的应用效果及价值。方法以我院2022年3月~2023年6月为该研究病例择取时段,将34例喉梗阻患者(由急性喉炎所致)的资料以回顾性方式抽取,随机规范分组处理(确保每组满足17例);对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。结果观察组犬样咳嗽、嘶哑等症状消失时间更短(P<0.05)。护理后观察组血气指标改善幅度较大、护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论对急性喉炎所致的喉梗阻患者实施综合护理优势明显,可缩短患者症状消失时间、改善血气指标而提高满意度。Objective To evaluate the application effect and value of comprehensive nursing in patients with acute laryngitis induced laryngeal obstruction.Method From March 2022 to June 2023 in our hospital,data from 34 patients with laryngeal obstruction(caused by acute laryngitis)were retrospectively selected and randomized into standardized groups(ensuring 17 cases in each group);The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive care.Result The disappearance time of symptoms such as barking cough and hoarseness in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).The observation group after nursing showed a significant improvement in blood gas indicators and a high level of nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing comprehensive nursing for patients with laryngeal obstruction caused by acute laryngitis has significant advantages,which can shorten the time for symptom disappearance,improve blood gas indicators,and increasesatisfaction.
